  • After numerous occasions of frustration and expense with Best Buy and the Geek Squad, my wife did a search and located The Hook Up. The owner and tech specialist, Alan Brown, did an outstanding job for us on our entertainment system. He found and corrected several misses by the Geek Squad on the overall installation, corrected them and gave us a lot of valuable education on managing all the various options we have with the system. The Hook Up is reasonably priced. Alan is very punctual, technically sound, professional and service oriented. A great find by my wife.
