  • My husband is really knowledgeable with computers and wanted to build his own. Michael Zapel was the associate that helped us. He could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. Even if I knew nothing about computers, he'd be able to teach me everything I would need to know. We walked out, spending within our budget, with absolutely everything my husband wanted! Was an amazing experience! I hope he sees this/his supervisors, he is a valuable associate. My only complaint about Fry's was the couple cashiers were really, really slow, one seemed pretty confused and wasted valuable time. But, Michaels speed and efficiency made up for it. Thanks so much!
