  • I wanted to send feedback for anyone who is used to paying with e-checks online for rent. There is now a $14.50 monthly "convenience fee" assessed every month UNLESS you switch to an auto-debit from your bank account. Wow. So user friendly. This is a switch from prior policy and when I called about it, I was told there is no way around this fee. But management assured me there is no fee for PAYING IN PERSON. WOW! Awesome service.
