  • I still love Diane and the service she provides, but lately the wait times beyond my appointment are ridiculous, which is why I'm docking two stars. I have waited as long as 40 mins in recent months because the new girls up front never paged Diane that I was here, and today I am 35 mins past my appointment and still waiting. If they are not going to honor their appointments, they need to call me in advance. I didn't block my whole day for getting nails done - I have other things I need to go do.
