| - NO!! RUN!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
I wished I would have read these reviews before I chose the agent who was with this company. I have to say this was the WORST experience. From the beginning, I should have backed out. The agent emailed me a contract and asked me to sign it right then and email it back. He stated that I didn't need to read it because it was standard. This was an ongoing tactic of his throughout the deal. He was supposed to give the realtor who referred me a professional referral fee (which he agreed to up front) and in turn she was going to look over the deal. When he started stuttering and said that he had to clear it with his company, she told me that this guy was a fraud and to back out. As we proceeded with the deal, he changed the offer price without asking me first, he dropped the ball so that I did not receive the money offered by the sellers for repairs, did not negotiate a home warranty, allowed the sellers to leave a bunch of junk in the garage that I had to remove, AND to top it all off, he did not bring me the keys after closing. I had to get a locksmith to "break in" the next day AFTER closing. I contacted his broker, but nothing was done. Mr. Wally K. did not even call me to apologize. My sister, a realtor in California, told me that this guy (and company) should have been reported to the Nevada Real Estate Licensing Board, as well as sued for the locksmith charge. Still considering that. It's horrible to have what should be a joyful experience turn into a nightmare. The realtor, Ken M., should NOT be in the business. He FLUNKED the "fiduciary duty" section of real estate class.
