  • My wife had such a bad audio/aid eval in WI that it took two years to convince her to try again. My definition of a "professional",'is a person who knows what and why they are doing most all the steps of the way'...well, that's Dr. Lesa. Evaluation process was so superior; Judy was involved 100%. And, it only went uphill from there...with the choices, fittings, adjustments, use, maintenance, etc. Dr. Lesa did what she said, and did a "How are things going?" phone call, three days later...now, that's caring. Most of you know there are "Doctors doctors"...[the best, seeking and referring to the best, and not, "Why don't you try So & So"......but it's probably not some one I would refer my own family to]. Well, this is Dr. Karl & Judy, and I can't think of a better trained, seasoned, experienced, licensed, caring, personable, professional for your hearing needs. Go check it out for yourself.
