  • As a healthcare professional, I would advise any and all to avoid this practice. I wish I did my research before I came here because every negative comment here is accurate. The phone lines are rarely answered. I had to physically drive to the office in order to make appointments. I left a voicemail once, and it was addressed 21 days later. One time I called because the receptionist was supposed to call me a week earlier to make an appointment to find out biopsy results. They never did-I called them-and the receptionist tried to tell me the results weren't back. Being in the medical fieId, I knew results had to be back so I kept questioning her. Results in fact were back. Even though the results were benign- on 2 separate occasions-they made me come into the office/refused to tell me over the phone so they could bill me and get my large copay. I do think this practice is money hungry, as many unnecessary tests were ordered for me and I can see how they could profit from those who are not familiar with the medical field. I am fortunate that I knew to refuse some tests. My pre appointment wait times were hours. Yes, the staff are kind. But their kindness is not worth everything else that is an absolute disaster in this practice. I think they are still in business because of people like me, who didn't do their research. I only stayed at this practice because my insurance coverage was lapsing, and I was better off sticking with them instead of going somewhere else and getting a whole new work up. If you value your health and well being, stay far far away from this place.
