  • CROOKS! Scam artists. Very much the same story as G M story. Adding the tech Mike did not turn off the hot water, had a restoration / water damage co come out, tore the walls out, put fans out and a dehumidifier while it was still leaking. I asked if this made any sence to them and they said we are containing the water. (yeah like putting out a fire with gas, stupid.) Now we have been 4 days w/o hot water. They told me they would instal a temp tank so we would have hot water. Didn't. I ended up draining and removing the tank myself. Mike came and got the tank on a warranty exchange from Rheem. But when I refused to pay the bogus charges they won't even bring me MY water heater back. Mike and George his super. will not return my phone calls. Had to contact them thru American Home Shield. They would not talk to me on a 3 way with AHS. Mike could have told me the "modifications" he was going to "have " to do when he was here, but he didn't. Because he knows they are BS. Btw, the restoration peeps are friends of Mike. Hmm! JUST STAY AWAY. DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES. HOPEFULLY AHS WAKES UP AND SMELLS THE COFFEE. It will be cold though, because there is no HOT WATER!
