  • How does this place maintain standards to be called a Hilton? To begin with, you Must valet park, an additional $18/n fee. Plus, you are warned it will take 20 lead time to retrieve the vehicle. Crap, now with every other thing on my mind, I need to remember this!? Then you enter the lobby, which appears to have been designed by Salvador Dali. Do you go upstairs? Downstairs to check in? Incredibly you learn either could work, depending on how you want to drag your baggage. How anyone thought this obstacle course would be appreciated is beyond comprehension, but whoever it was left glass windows looking out on the beautiful Marathon Gas Station. Nice. Room was ok, but below the Garden Inn standards. The only reason an extra star was earned was the service from the front desk and Food & Beverage Dept. Also next morning I called to get my car. I was told to call the number on my claim ticket. Tried: No Joy; so I called back the front desk and told them what I wanted to happen, and they made it so!
