Sorriest excuse for a bank I've ever seen. 1 teller, 1 banker on duty (+ 1 teller supervisor who didn't have a window open for overflow, and 1 unknown person in an office doing nothing I could see). I waited 45 minutes for the "banker" to do a wire transfer. While I was waiting I called other branches to find a BofA that had a banker that could take me -- none would even answer their phones. An hr later, they charge me $30 for the transfer, saying "if I come back they can waive the charge." When pigs fly. I used to have several accts at BofA, but over the years I have moved them to Wells Fargo -- consistently better service. Don't waste your time here.
