  • Absolutely ridiculous, this reality company. We turned our app in on a Wednesday and kept calling everyday to verify everything on our app. They waited until friday near closing to tell us they were missing information. Typically once weve applied weve heard something the next day. WHICH THEY TOLD US WE WOULD HAVE A RESPONSE FOLLOWING THE NEXT DAY. We have to be out by sunday and thwy just didnt care. Let alone their website is a mess, as someone whose been taught with computer technician skills they need someone else to prepare their site. This group seems extremely messy as we were told "if anyone else has an app for the property then they must be given a fair shot" which is ridiculous. Every reality group knows who ever first applies and qualifies should have the rental. It seems as though they are being unfair and discriminating. I dont even want to work with this group in the future. Dont reccomend at all. Avoid as they just come off as sketchy.
