  • I wish there was an option of giving no stars. I scheduled an appointment for a cat spy. Was formed that I should drop her off between 6-7 am and pick her up around 3pm. When I arrived, the office staff told me that it was "illegal" for me to leave until the vet examined my cat. Nothing about this policy was EVER said when I scheduled the appointment. I am a teacher and cannot be late to work. The staff was extremely rude. I had to take my cat to work, and my principal arranged for a substitute so that I could drive home (over 30 minutes away) and drop off my pet. Unbelievable.
