They are doing something completely wrong in the Advisement office. After we arrived and checked in my son received a text that there was one person ahead of us and we had approximately 9 minutes until we could talk to an Advisor. 50 (yes 50!!) minutes later we still had not talked to anyone. I went to the front desk twice to ask what was up and they only said it shouldn't be long. No apology, no sensitivity. We ended up leaving because I work full time and literally spent my entire lunch break and more waiting. I'm an adult and lost my patience/interest. Can't imagine how a student would feel. Our questions could be answered over the phone but alas, you can't talk to an Advisor over the phone you need to go into the office. Not exactly setting students up for success.
