  • This sucks I have to give a star I would rather give them a - 5.. Ugh this office is the worst I've ever seen the ppl who work here are so rude Lupe Fernandez is the main agent and she was the worst she could never talk she was always busy no ever answered the phone and when they did the hold was long you had to hung up and call back I had two accounts there and they made a mess of them they merged my account with my mom's with out asking them they made lots of changes with out me authorizing them and when I asked about it I got bad attitudes from every one there worst experience with an agent ever I would not recommend this agent or office to anyone when I asked to change to and other office they would not let me go to not loose accounts I have to go to an other agent to help me move and thank God I did things are a lot better I don't understand with all there bad service how there still in service omg...
