  • These people have zero follow-through. On the phone and in-person, they promised to email floor plans and to come to my property to estimate maximum square footage of mobile that could be placed on property. I drove from Flagstaff for a morning appointment and Manager of this location STOOD ME UP. No phone call, apology... just nothing! After waiting 45 minutes at site, I called to see if manager of this Cavco location could be lost or in an accident and he wouldn't come to the phone. He NEVER, EVER called me to apologize or give explanation for the no-show. And, I was prepared to purchase per his recommendation!!!!!! Can you imagine buying a unit from this location and being promised the moon and then have zero customer service? Beware! There are many manufactured home dealers, there is no reason to put up with zero follow-through and rudeness.
