  • I had Ty sell me a two camera system and set up the install. I had plenty of questions that he answered and was patient and professional. He had to come back a second time because I was not going to purchase an alarm system without some research. He understood and encouraged that I do so. As for the install it was quick and clean and showed us how everything worked. The service is great and the ADT app is improved and works contrary to many reviews on the Google play store. I will consider getting more cameras installed in the future. They even gave me 72 hours to try out the system and make sure it was up to my expectations.
