  • I've been puttin this off for too long now! I really enjoy my gym;0) My reasons are solid -- their names are Martha and Kim, the two ladies up in front that have given me and others great customer service every time I enter their gym. From what I've been told, Martha has left this location to go to their corporate office -- that's awesome news. Martha helped me out on numerous occasions with simple gym concerns to major "get me help now please" type calls to her. I was on vacation a few months ago and needed to prove to the northern California Gold's that I was a legit paying member out of Scottsdale. With Martha's help I was able to get my much needed work-out's in while away from home -- what a life saver. Kim is at the front desk and she has a great memory from who I am to which group classes I am doing at the moment -- she's fabulous! For the few annoyances that come with any longtime gym membership, it's easy to overlook all that when you are greeted by friendly staff who do more than take your keytag, scan it and carelessly motion you through the gate asking if you have a towel. Have to also mention, all of the group class instructors are the best in the business!
