| - We went here for a family dinner and we were all pretty impressed. Aside from the service glitches, CRAVE is on the right path.
For starters we placed an order of the cheese and bacon loaded tater tots in addition to edamame. Plain edamame can get pretty boring, CRAVE adds a twist by tossing the edamame in a special sauce blend - so good!
For an entree, I was craving (ha!) a burger, so I went with the 702 burger and I loved it! The bacon was the right amount of crispy, the burger was cooked exactly how I ordered it and the egg was a perfect touch... in hindsight, I'm wondering why they didn't just call it a breakfast or hangover burger, ha!
CRAVE has a decent beer list, when it's available. It took me three beer brands to finally order something that they actually had in house... Pro Tip: Update your menu as often as you switch out the menu items so that your guests don't get let down.
The only major discrepancy was the service... the evening wasn't TOO cold so we wanted to sit outside. The hostess was prompt and our wish was granted. The server, not so prompt. I feel like it took her quite a bit to greet us and when she finally did, we were treated as if we were inconveniencing her more than anything. She couldn't seem to get away from our table fast enough... quick to walk away before everyone had even had their questions answered. People have bad days/nights though, so I'm willing to give it another shot!
