  • Very poor customer service! Be prepared to wait. The scheduled pick up time does not matter. The supervisor Judy Gonzales will change the words of their "pick up policy" so they are right. Customer is not right here. I would recommend any other rental company over El Monte. The reviews are consistent. The company should rewrite their pick up times to "whenever they feel like it" instead of 1-3.
