rev:text	I give this place one star just because the lady that runs the property is really sweet ... Besides that it was horrible! The staff calls me and tells me "mam your sheets are out in front of your room"! In a really rude tone. I responded yes I know I came down and had to get new sheets because there was no housekeeping. She said oh well you're only staying her for 8 days so there's no housekeeping and you need to bring your sheets down yourself as well as towels. I was okay with this... Whatever no biggie , I've just never heard of a hotel doing this. Furthermore ... No coffee machine , utensils or towels or toilet paper in my room when I arrived. I literally had to ask for everything. I asked the lady for a wine bottle opener and she said she will call the room she gave it to and give me a call back as soon as she got it . No call back and when I went to call her she said I'll try to find one somewhere but I don't think I'll be able to ... You're in room "so and so right" I wasn't very happy considering she left me hanging the first time and yes you guessed it she left me hanging again. Furthermore, This place has no gym , no pool, pretty much no breakfast unless you count prepackaged muffins and coffee then yeah. Homeless people walk in like their staying there in the morning for the pre packaged breakfast and coffee. I got huge bug bites all over my shoulders from God knows what. I ran the bath and the hot water ran out and the tub was barely 2 inches full. Glad I didn't bathe though because their showers are brown and black to cover up the fact that they probably don't clean them. When I was walking down the stairs with my son because the elevator is so damn slow I caught to kids smoking heroin on the stairs moving their makeshift plastic target bum bags when I caught them. I and have not been pleased with my stay and that is a huge understatement. I can't get out of here fast enough. Going to leave first thing tomorrow gladly. This place is hell... And it's not "you get what you pay for" because there is a hotel by the airport for 39 dollars with full breakfast , housekeeping and for damn sure no bums smoking heroin on the staircase! Goodbye crappy hotel! I won't ever see you again!
