  • After years of outstanding service by the PetSmart employees at the Lake Pleasant location for our many needs of birds/small animals/pets hotel/dog specialists, I am so disgusted by the unfortunate treatment both my daughter and I experienced from two associates in the fish dept, namely "Jen" and "Charlotte". Both of which assisted us with our large fish purchase for multiple large tanks and the more they worked together the worse their behavior got. The were constantly questioning, badgering and displaying their displeasure in doing their jobs. During the grueling 1/2 hour of bagging up 10 fish along with snide comments to one another(oh I hate that fish..why are you buying that? Oh is he dead already) making judgmental statements and ignorant comments directly to us is unacceptable to the point of making my 13 year old daughter feel very uncomfortable. Please address this and hire people that know how to work in retail, love their jobs and give the employees the hours that appreciate their jobs. 2 of the young men have always been helpful and upbeat.
