  • Believe it or not, getting a foot massage at Ocean Reflexology was my favorite activity in Vegas. Actually, this was probably one of my favorite foot massage experiences ever! After tolerating too many overpriced kids activities, indulging in massive Vegas buffets, and hiking through too many smokey casinos just to get to the ladies' room, Ocean reflexology was a welcome sea of tranquility. Ocean reflexology happily took my husband and I without an appointment. The place is not large. There is a room that has many chairs in a row and a private room or two in back. The lights were dimmed and although there were a couple if other customers there it was still very quiet. The upholstered chairs are oversized and very comfortable. They recline to 180° which is great for what my yelp friend and "foot massage connaseur " Sean M. calls "foreplay". This means the best head, forehead, face, and neck massage that I have had. I was completely relaxed and ready for the main event: my feet. My therapist did not disappoint with my feet either. He continued to give me a delicious foot massage with just the right amount of pressure. I started to doze a little but was glad I did not fall completely asleep so I didn't miss the pleasure of the massage. Here. is the best part though. After. he was done with my feet I thought the massage was over. However that was not the case. He had me turn around and lay on my stomach. My therapist finished with a great 10 minute back and shoulder massage to top the whole thing off. It was truly amazing! Another great thing about this massage? It was only $20! Before we went to Vegas my husband, wanting to treat me to something special, presented me with many options for spa days. My conscious could not let him spend the ridiculous prices the Las Vegas hotel spas were charging (about $150 for a 50 minute massage or facial). We knew an Asian foot massage place would be much more reasonable so we looked some up on Yelp. Yelp did not disappoint Ocean Reflexology had great reviews and the $20 price tag, which we thought must have been an anomaly. Little did we know that $20-$25 seems to be the standard price for one hour foot massages in Vegas, much cheaper than NYC and even South Florida (which I thought were pretty reasonable to begin with!) Needless to say, husband and I tipped very well for these delicious massages! I would love to find a place close to home that was not only as reasonable, but one that gave such a wonderful and complete massage as Ocean Reflexology. Sean, I'm counting on you to find that special place in South Florida!
