  • One of the few times I wish I could give zero stars to a business. I purchased a used BMW 5 series from here and within the first 3 days, it was broken down and I was stranded on the freeway. After calling the dealership 15 TIMES someone finally sent a tow truck my way. It took 6 hours for them to show up. Pinnacle tried to stick me with the towing bill and said there was nothing they could do. I brought up lemon law and that I would be contacting the BBB. The sales manager cussed me out, went and got a piece of paper and pen and told me to "write the letter" and he would "mail it for my ungrateful ass". Now I get promotional calls all the time from them even though I have asked to be taken off of their list. I will NEVER do business with them again and highly suggest no one else does either.
