  • At first review, I gave Copenhagen Imports (Phoenix) 4 stars but I had to come back and edit my review to give them 1 star. The furniture is overpriced but nice, the customer service is something to be desired. First of all, when placing the order to purchase the woman kept getting the total wrong. It took her forever to figure out she kept adding into the order a chair that we did not even discuss. After that timely event, they would not take my debit card! I understand not using it as debit with a pin and all, so run it as a credit card. Sorry, can't do that either. Had to leave, go to the bank and return with cash! Prepare to be ignored in the store unless you are serious about spending a lot. I could go on and on about the other incidents but the whole event is exhausting and we still have so much more furniture to purchase.....to bad it won't be there.
