I had been eyeing this place since I moved to Scottsdale. I love the location within Scottsdale Quarter. I went on a Friday around 5pm and there was no wait. My husband had a gluten intolerance so we were pretty excited by their menu. Hubby ordered the turkey lasagna and it was a big portion and he liked it! I ordered the winter salad that I liked, but I didn't love it. I prefer the version you can get a sauce down the street. We did order the honey lemonade which we sent back. Did not like that at all. I like honey, but it was too much. The kids cheese pizza was delicious and so was my grapefruit martini - both wins. I like True Kitchen and will go back.
