  • Mike, from this store, called when I made an inquiry for a Subaru. I told him that we have already been working on this for a week or so, and told him our price. The other dealership was very close to it. When he called back, he quoted a number which was much higher, so I said it's okay, thinking this would not work. Then when he asked me what's the other dealership's name, i said I preferred not to say - which is reasonable. This is when he got extremely offensive, insulting, rude and started mocking the price that I quoted. This is no way to deal with anyone, let alone a potential customer. I was polite with him all through the conversation and so was he till he called me back. I seriously hope someone from the dealership reads this and responds back to me with an explanation of his behavior. It's downright disgusting. Never have I been this insulted.
