  • Our insurance company called out AZ F and W to help with the aftermath of a water leak in our storage shed. They promptly dried out our stuff and subsequently removed it to their warehouse for storage until we returned for the winter. Their people discovered a few things the adjuster hadn't picked up on so helped with our claim. Everything was done by "remote control" as we are snowbirds and weren't available for oversight. We were very happy with the attention; paid by the office staff, especially Sasha, who helped make everything smooth for us. Worked out well.
