| - I took my Vstar 1100 in over two months ago to have my new tires installed and front brakes replaced. Upon pick up Marco told me my bike popped a little when letting off throttle bc of the after market exhaust causing it to run a bit lean. He suggested that for $200 they would clean and re-jet my carb and get rid of the noise. A week later I took it back in for the work and an oil change. I was told I would have it back in 2-3days.. 2.5 weeks later they said they were finished. No problem I wasn't in a hurry. On my ride home, 2miles, my bike broke down. I called they came and picked it up. Again I was told 2-3days they'd have it fixed. This time they had it for 1.5months on account of "being very busy". No complaints I'm very easy going I just wanted my bike. So, 1.5months later I'm told it was finally ready. On my ride home, 2miles, my bike started smoking as if it had a diesel with no filter.. I got it home, smoke barreling out the exhaust and off my motor and oil spitting out the tailpipe! They completely blew my motor! I called them and was told by Eric, to call my attorney and try to take them to court and was hung up on. I have called my attorney, I am suing them as they asked and am quite upset with not only the terrible situation they so unconsciously put me in. But also the ruthlessness of how they dealt with it. My family owns three businesses that have been in phoenix for over 20yrs. I'm very shocked. Complete 1100cc motors for my bike are all over for $800-$900. So I know they could have fixed their terrible mistake for minimal cost but instead I was given the finger. This is a criminal act and they could care less about their customers, their work or their business. I have 3 expert witnesses that are master mechanics with master degrees. So please do not put yourself or your bikes through this nightmare. This shop does not deserve your business, or to even be in business and your bikes deserve to be worked on by true professionals that take pride in what they do and have the proper skill. Thank You- AZ Motorcycle Repair on alma school and broadway for the giant headache during this special holiday season and the financial set back of a single father of a beautiful 5y/o little girl. You should be made known the reality of the people you so willingly decided to crush. I hope you never have to feel the pain, of seeing the pain in your child's face when they find out that someone ruined their daddy's joy and how cruel some people are. Happy Holidays to you too!
