  • What can I say? I love Fat Choy! This spirited dive in the Eureka Casino (it's not as scary as it looks outside) is just what the doctored ordered when looking for great comfort food near the Strip but off the beaten path. It's fusion of Asian-inspired American classics is impressive. The Chinese Short Rib Grilled Cheese is one of the best sandwiches in America! The Fat Choy Burger also amazing as is its slate of Chinese Bao. Particularly the pork belly. You'll thank me! They also have great noodle bowls as well. The prices are reasonable and it's one of those spots you want to hit while you're in our fair city.
