  • I went here hoping to find a new nail salon to be my go-to, but this was not it. First of all, my appointment was not recognized at 3:30, even though I had literally called that day at 10 AM. Then, removing acrylic and getting a new set took nearly two hours. I have never experienced such a long time for acrylic replacement. Then, after all is said and done, my nails were uneven. Some were stiletto points, some were almond, some were oval. This after having to stop my male technician twice to indicate that the shape wasn't what I wanted, and being told "I will file the shape and fix it". The acrylic was poorly applied as well. I had acrylic underneath the edge of my nail, which essentially felt like a booger for two weeks. It was so thick too! By the time this extended experience was over, I didn't even feel like complaining, and having to spend even more time to fix their work. For two hours spent in a chair, I think I should have been way more satisfied.
