  • I mean, my nails don't look bad, but I didn't enjoy the half ass effort. She took a drill directly onto my bare nail instead of roughing them up with a file, which took layers off my natural nail and left me in total pain for the rest of the day, and since she wasn't paying attention she drilled down most of the skin around my nails and cut my thumb with the drill and it bled. She then poured some liquid into the cut and didn't tell me what it even was, whatever kind of cleaner that was. I saw her drilling my nails while looking away and that's probably the reason everyone gets cut here.
