I have been thinking about the plantain empanadas for a full week since I visited! So tasty.
We had the guacamole with tortilla chips, plantain empanadas, short rib enchiladas, chicken poblano enchiladas, and the flourless chocolate cake with almond ice cream.
Since we were staying at the Delano hotel attached to Mandalay Bay, I wanted to visit this spot then found a deal on travelzoo which also included 2 drinks. We got margaritas which although not overly sweet, I thought the size was small and that they tasted weak. We sat on the covered patio on a 110 degree day, so I appreciated that they brought a carafe of water for the table, as well as bringing refills.
Our waitress/waiter shared service of the patio and were both super friendly. I appreciated that the menu is very clear about GF labeling. We also saw the owner (who was on Top Chef Masters tv show) greeting a table, then later we saw her in the lobby of the hotel and she was super nice.
