  • If I could give a negative rating I would. I ignored the cold French fries. I even ignored getting the wrong order. I could not ignore the hair in my pancakes. I especially loved that the manager acted like my elderly Mother was lying about the whole thing when we told him. This is just another example of great customer service these days.
