I've purchased a couple of mattresses from Mattress firm in the past. My last one (Sealy) though was a double dog doozie. It died less than four years after owning it. It took over 3 months to go through the warranty process to get it resolved. The warranty policy only covers just the mattress, you have to pay for the inspection, and then after months of a bad back and neck and multiple phone calls, I finally got an approval letter in the mail. You get an in store credit towards a purchase of a new one. While its nice they let you put it towards any mattress, you have to pay for the delivery fee. So I had to pay about $200 for a replacement mattress that was only $100 more than my original one. The store staff was pleasant and the delivery was within a day, but I still have mixed feelings on why I had to go through all of this due to a defective product they sold. Buyer beware, ask questions before buying on return policies, cancellations and warranties. I now have a Simmons Beauty rest.
