  • The best decisions I have ever made its to have you Dr Harter at my birth with my first child Liam. The minute you excepted me as your patient, I was so confident in you and knew you will do the best you can for me and my baby. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and respect my wishes. I know things didn't go as plan at all... I'm sorry we couldn't have the water birth as we plan. In my mind I have the water with floating flowers flameless candles lights and music... But, everything that could go wrong went wrong. I couldn't have the water birth because of severe meconium, and arrived to the hospital to late, for epidural or anything else. I wasn't prepared for it. Then I heard that you already on your way out of town, I shut myself completely. But, you came back for me and the minutes I heard you walking into the door I knew I'm in good hands. The umbilical cord was to a tight and strangled him. He couldn't breathe on his own and needs intensive care. I couldn't hold him and promise to protect him and love him unconditionally. I was so confused and worried about him being ok. I want people to know that things could go wrong. I was so lucky to have you there and be in the hospital things could end up a lot worse. In the end it was all worth it! He is perfect and so much more that I could even imagine. Thank you so much for respecting all of my main wishes! You are the the most compassionate amazing professional Dr exciting in this town.
