  • This is a very good, friendly, family owned business! Whenever I'm in Arizona I use them & they do a great job.  I asked the owner about the reviews I saw here & why people were writing those things, (since my experience here has been so good), and he explained that peoples sometimes leave out important information. He said that the man with the lost pants had no receipt at all & they still searched the whole store for him anyway, (and nothing was found). He told me that they never answer calls when there are customers at the counter to be helped, (that must be true, since they never have when I was there). He said that customer had actually arrived at 7:10, and he had yelled & shook the door, scaring his counter staff, (I would not have answered the door either! No business should answer the doors after hours). I was totally happy with their explanations & will definitely continue to use them whenever I'm in town.
