I went to this store because I was running errands in that area. The guy in the front was very nice and passed me off to Jen. Jen started off with a bad attitude and made it feel like I was bothering her. I told her I needed a new phone(I dropped mine and it won't turn on)and she interrupted rudely asking for my ID and phone number. Long story short I didn't have an upgrade and was trying to get rid of me. She refused to show me any upgrade pricing like I wasn't privy to that information.
I spoke with a nice lady on the phone from Verizon and I had a Verizon Edge upgrade or I could use the insurance. Jen DIDN'T offer any of those options.
Jen at this location made me feel stupid and my business is unwanted.
