We recently had a horrible experience with this cab company. We were in Las Vegas for the first few days of our honeymoon and needed a ride from from our hotel to the mirage for dinner. We were staying the palazzo, which despite looking close is actually a good 15 min walk and I was wearing high heels and so it made more sense to grab a cab. We waited in line and this company's cab was the next in line so we got in. Literally seconds later, the cabbie looked back and questioned our destination (although the attendant had informed him when he got in) as soon as we replied "The Mirage" he flipped. First, he condescendingly informed us of the the mirage's location. When I smiled and and mentioned my heels, he rolled his eyes. Then he started yelling at the attendant, literally screaming about how it was too close and he'd been in line for 20 minutes. Once the attendant promised him a longer ride if he came back, he still tried to argue and yell. When the attendant shrugged it off, the cabbie became livid. He took off extremely recklessly around a turn and into Vegas traffic, muttering to himself. We were hanging on for dear life as he weaved through traffic. Luckily we made it to The Mirage in one piece. While I can understand minor frustration; the cabbie's hostile attitude and reckless driving are beyond unprofessional - this company should train their employees in customer service. Avoid this cab company if you value your personal safety. It was cab number 6995 just FYI. Try uber because they don't treat their customers this way.
