  • DO NOT GO HERE! Got 2 subs and 2 6x9 with an amp installed. Just wanted something simple and keep the factory head unit. Brought it in and the GPS on my factory navigation worked perfect. Got it back and it didn't. Took me a while to realize since I don't use it often but when I finally did it said I was in Mexico. After trying to figure it out on my own figuring a wrong button was hit, I decided to bring it in. When they pulled it out they showed me a snapped wire and said that had NOTHING to do with the GPS. Looked it up online and it's WAS the GPS wire they snapped. When I told them this they first blamed it on the head unit claiming it has several problems, oh yea a problem that makes the wire snap? Cmon guys. Anyway when that didn't work they blamed it on me that somehow I did it. Truck has only been to the dealer and it's a 2012 I bought in 2013. It NEVER was in for the radio!!! Jose the rep James the managers are not only argumentative but then tried to sell me another unit at full price. Like what kind of scam is this. Called corporate and they said tough luck! Do yourself a favor and take it somewhere else you'll be happier in the long run.
