I stayed at this hotel last year for a conference. The location was convenient, but the service was absolutely terrible. The mini-fridge (that I requested and pre-paid for) and some other amenities (like sufficient clean towels) were missing from the room, so I ad to call the front desk more than once to get them to fix the problem. Whenever I called, the front desk picked up with a "Hello Mr. P!" The room was in MY name, which is definitely not gender-ambigous. Apparently, this hotel's staff is incapable of understanding that a woman can book a hotel with her own credit card!
This lovely misogynistic behavior continued throughout my stay. When I checked out, the front desk clerk handed MY credit card back to my husband and said "Have a good day, sir!" I complained to management, who apologized for "getting my name wrong." Clearly, their management team needs to work on their reading comprehension skills and they were unconcerned with their staff's blatantly sexist behavior towards a paying female guest. No worries. The next time I'll take my business elsewhere.
