  • I frequent this location often and have never had anything bad to say...except that they have expensive menu items. It's so good though, that I don't mind. This visit though I was very put off by the woman behind the counter. It was 8:30-8:45 p.m. and the sign clearly says they close at 9p.m. All of the chairs are on the tables and some of the lights were out. They are still open for customers though. Great, I can get my bowl then. I asked for shrimp tempura and soft shelled crab. Nope! "The fryers are turned off." "Don't you close at 9?" "Yes, but it takes 20 minutes to cool down." "Ummmmmmmmmm...again, don't you close at 9?" "It would take 10 minutes to heat back up" This time with an attitude. This woman obviously did not want to serve anyone and was in such a rush to get me out of there. I'm sorry that I asked for something on the menu. Do the managers know that this is the norm there around closing?
