  • First I will start out with the hot water. It never failed at least 2-3 time a month we would get the email , the hot water pipe was busted and we would be without hot water for the day. I have a whole folder of those emails in my email. It was annoying not knowing when I woke up in the morning if I could count on taking a shower or not. Next lets move on to the roach problem. In March we had to have the apt bombed which meant we had to pack all out stuff and leave the apt for 4 hours. A huge inconvience. While the bombing reduced the activity it did not eliminate the problem. The activity was still bad in the kitchen and bathroom. While they replaced the appliances it was still gross and disgusting. See pictures attached. Finally my day came I was moving! I figured I would have to pay for the carpet in the bedroom because of my dog. No big deal I have insurance that covers it. I gave in my keys Sept 21. Now here it is Oct 21 exactly 1 month later I get a bill for the carpet. No problem right? Wrong. I call Marquis and said I would have appeciated this letter sooner and he says he signed it Sept 23. While that is true the postmark on the letter is Oct 16, which means it was sitting on someones desk for 3 weeks and how convient I get it exactly 30 days after I move out. It gets better, The letter states if I do not pay the charges by 30 days from move out ( which mind you is today the day I got the letter ) it goes straight to collections. Marquis was nice enough to remind me that also when I called today to question the bill since there was something on there about water. Then he gets rude with me telling me to calm down. I was not even yelling I was asking legit questions. I have a call into Alliance Corp offices , to a lady named Tina S. regarding this matter. I have everything documented with times and dates. If this shows up on my credit report. I will be seeing these people in Small Claims Court. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place! Also .. No please do not call me and ask me to remove my review, I wont.
