  • I've been there several times; to buy for others, to pick out a gift, and most recently left without buying anything. In the first case the service was fair. The second time we needed something in a display case, and after a while to get someone to help, was a bit better than average. The third time was in the shoe department and like one time before that it felt quite stand 'backish'. It's that feeling (you know the one) not your bothering them, but just not right. Like another writer mentioned they have some pretty nice brands, and that's one of the draws. It's just a bit unfortunate that the service has a bit of air about it. I have had some quite pleasant experiences even there, and also at there other locations. One particularly exemplary. I would hope for some more consistency in a shopping experience that should be quite enjoyable. Especially, when the tally of the retail items get pretty hefty - fancy brands and all.
