  • I was staying at another location but had to move to this location with my 2 small dogs because of a water leak in the ceiling. The first location staff was always smiling and friendly but on Elwood they never smile no matter how nice you are to them. They allow dog aggressive Pitt Bulls here which have attempted to bite my small dogs when we met getting off the elevator. When I told the desk about the altercation he just shrugged and said they only have a height requirement of not more than 36 in. really? that Pitt is bigger than that. I personally love Pitts but not when they go after my pets in a pet friendly hotel. The room furnishings are filthy and old. The bathroom counter has cigarette burns in it. The bathroom is so small you have to stand between the tub and toilet to close the door. The first extended stay had a dish washer and couch which are not present at this location. The small table that has 2 small office type chairs around it has obviously been sat on by some filty stains on the seat that I wouldn't sit on even covered with towels. It's clearly obvious what kind of stains they are and don't understand why they weren't cleaned. seriously gross. I want out of here.
