  • How do I convince you that Zac White & his team are your BEST CHOICE when choosing a mortgage company to work with??? They EXCEEDED my expectations with professionalism & in record time! I had a complicated situation - had only 6 weeks or I would lose my lease option on my house - an investor that owned the home & insisted on his own title company, two additional down payment gifts from family, lost faxes & other glitches - yet they closed on my loan with weeks to spare & I was able to enjoy Christmas with my family without the anxiety of getting my loan looming over me. Tyler was so nice & informative - Marcea makes you feel so welcome when visiting the office - I used Yelp to find them & in this case - all the positive compliments here are very much deserved.
