  • My water heater ruptured and was covered under warranty. Silver state was under their contractor list so I called them. I called them at 9 am and the dispatcher was able to get someone out at 12 pm. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and super gung-ho. He tackled that water heater and was able to trade it in for a new one minutes before the store closed! It took about two hours for the install which I am happy it was done. Only reason I am giving three stars is because the cost for labor was $600! It is my fault for not shopping around I guess. I hear that's a little less than how much it costs people to replace a water heater installed not under warranty. Anyway, I was able to find a $50 off coupon on their website which brought it down a little.
