  • There is not much to say other than I am extremely disappointed in my decision to purchase my kitchen table at BIG'S Furniture. I will NEVER purchase or refer ANYONE to purchase from this lions den of retail dishonesty and deceit!! My salesperson Lisa is such a liar who continuously over promises and under delivers. She referred me to a "manager" Linda on Tenaya who rushed me off the phone before I could even complete my sentence in regards to why my kitchen bench was not delivered. This is just stage 1 of my pursuit to bring light to this disaster of a so called retail establishment!
