  • I can tell you that this establishment definitely does not care about WHO they rent to, that's for sure! I'm not a renter, I own my home. But unfortunately I live near people to whom they rent to. People who are filthy dirty slobs that are a nuisance and a menace to the entire neighborhood. People who have turned a nice home into an eyesore. Whenever a neighbor contacts this rental company to complain, they will flat out tell you "there is nothing we can do as long as they pay their rent". So... if this company allows people to live in their properties, who keep their outside yard full of trash and let piles of built up dog poop bring insects and rodents into what is an otherwise beautiful neighborhood, then they have got to be slumlords! Judging by the conditions on the outside, I can only imagine what the hell the inside of my neighbors home looks like? If there is blatant neglect about who they allow to live on their property, and how it is maintained, then I believe one should use extreme caution before taking a rent FROM this company. I guess it would be okay to rent from them if you are dirty, or have no respect for other human beings, or neighborhood rules. But if you are a decent hard working person looking to rent, you should probably shop around before giving them your hard earned money. From the look of what I've seen, and the conditions which my next door neighbors live like, along with company reviews I have read... my guess is they will probably ignore you if something needs attention or repair. Please beware! I'm taking time to post this because I hate to see people get taken advantage of by unscrupulous rental companies.
