My garage disposal started leaking from the bottom of the unit. I called my Warrenty company and they sent out CNJ services. I was very delighted by their customer service over the phone. I asked for a heads up call 30 minutes prior to their arrival so I didn't have to wait at home between the 3 hour window appointment. They followed through and did a quick exchange for a new unit. The technician showed me a few tips concerning the unit and what the tool and reset button was/for. I'm very satisfied with the service I received. Vincent was the guy that came out. Very professional.
