  • This review is for the customer service and not the quality of the work. I can't speak to that because I only came in and had a diagnosis done on my transmission. I came in early in the week because my vehicle was having transmission issues. I got a call a day later with the bad news that my transmission was going to require a rebuild. I was unsure of how I was going to pay for it and whether or not I wanted a second opinion. I decided to go in and pick up my vehicle. When I got there and asked if I could pay for the diagnosis and take my vehicle home, the front desk clerk ran to the back and grabbed the manager. The manager spent a good 10 minutes trying to convince me to leave the vehicle there, which I eventually agreed to. Friday rolls around and I realized that I still wasn't ready to make a decision on the vehicle, so I called in, AGAIN, to let them know I wanted to take it home over the weekend. The same manager argued with me on the phone to leave the vehicle over the weekend. I told him again that I was not sure what my plans were for the vehicle and that I was more comfortable bringing it home with me rather than leaving at their shop. I also explained that I needed to get to and from work for the time being. So, regardless I needed to have the vehicle. I also asked if I could have an invoice or paperwork with a breakdown of what was needed and with the original quote. I showed up later that afternoon to pay for the diagnosis and pick up the vehicle. As I'm checking out, I asked the gentleman at the front desk for the paperwork I mentioned before with the original quote. He assures me they can provide that. As I'm paying, I ask him again and sure enough, he makes up some excuse of how he can't print the invoice or any paperwork for me. Even though he had printed an invoice for the customer ahead of me. The customer checking out next to me also had paperwork printed........right in front of me. I didn't question it and he told me he would Email it on Monday. I confirmed my Email, took my keys, and left. Monday rolls around - nothing. I then called and asked again and he told me he would send it right away. Never received it. Overall, really bad experience. I felt the manager was very pushy. I asked for my keys back when I came in and they didn't want to hand them over to me. When I was finally able to take my vehicle back, they refused to print an invoice or quote or any proof other than the credit card receipt. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
